Throughout my college career, I have taken many classes that have given me the necessary tools that I can apply in the hospitality industry. I have taken culinary, baking and pastry arts, dining room operations as well as wine courses to broaden my knowledge of these fields. This portfolio will show some of my accomplishments and achievements throughout the years.
