Changing your password
If you’ve forgotten your password or can’t log in because you need to reset your password, please visit the help for resetting your password. Below is help for changing your password if you’re already logged into your account.
1. Click the My OpenLab icon 
on the right side of the top menu. In the menu that appears below, select My Settings and then Account Info in the sub-menu.
2. Under Change Password, click Reset Password, and you will go through the password reset process where you will need to confirm your new password via a link sent to your City Tech email address.
