The Brooklyn Bridge Park was one of he first ferry landings and had and impact in the revolutionary war. There are also many activities to do at the park like volleyball courts, bicycle and running paths, a dog run, a boat launch where they give free kayaking lessons and a pool. Hurricane Sandy also disrupted housing around the Brooklyn Bridge Park area but it will continue by 2015. Brooklyn Bridge Park is one of Brooklyn’s most beautiful places to visit and see.
