My personal philosophy characterizes nursing to apply scientific knowledge and love to the clients which the purpose of maintaining the clients’ health holistically.  The applied scientific knowledge consists of a nurse’s education and current, up-to-date knowledge within their field.  Nurses are the primary caregiver, the knowledge of the nurses have the positive impact to the clients’ out come.  Nurses must make critical decisions for client care.  The advanced technology in health care are also required higher education. The nurse’s knowledge base is continuously expanding and should be nurtured through workshops, subsequent degrees and advanced practice licensure in order to promote ongoing learning, education, mentorship and professional growthehehh.  A nurse’s emotion well being and positive attitude are major concern for clients’ care.  Love is the key here.  The nurse should love her/himself, her/his family, colleagues, and clients.  In order to provide quality care to her/his clients the positive attitude is needed which bring out positive outcome.
