Hi everyone and welcome to my journey in the dental hygiene program. I think from a young age I was always driven and motivated to always put my all into everything I do . There were definitely moments where I had to face obstacles throughout the program but I always worked even harder and never gave up on myself. Originally I got into dental hygiene because I enjoy helping people through providing good oral health . After learning about dental hygiene and treating patients I learned that I also enjoy educating people about their oral health and teaching proper home care. I also enjoy the hands- on nature of this career and how lucky I am to be providing preventative care . Growing up unfortunately my family was not able to teach me the importance of dental hygiene . Now I want to be a part of a new generation that provides patients with the resources they need for proper home care and beautiful smiles.
