Continue to develop your design and your presentation
Make sure you complete the MIRO board – for the corner views show alternatives of eye level vs birds eye.
Write out a script – what will you say for each view – in what order will you show the images.
What are your facade materials -your models must show windows and materials.
Consider that a close up view will show more details.
Mock up ground floor plan – small lobby with mail room, small waiting area, office, elevators, fire stairs (one going directly outside through a exit corridor and the other can go through the lobby/or exit corridor)… and the remainder to be rented as retail, community space, or building amenities. – do no need to show any more detail than that.
Complete the site plan with the graphics given in the legend and add jpeg images to support the outdoor spaces, materials and ideas
