For next Tuesday you have three primary tasks
- Complete your zoning/FAR calculations – Clarify your FAR and Invidual Zoning Bonus – adjust your massing accordingly and do not leave money on the table
- Work on developing floor plan layouts that work with your building footprints
- Work a piece at a time – for example a typical end condition – typical curve position etc. Don’t worry about gaps between the apartments – we can adjust these. Consider that one some levels there are balconies and then on another floor the balconies may just make the rooms bigger.
- Presentation Board Mockups
- I sent out links to all four team MIRO boards – mockup from your present design and put it in MIRO
- THIS IS NOT OPTIONAL – IF ITS NOT IN MIRO THEN NO DESK CRIT!
