As you continue to develop your massing and floor plates, develop the plan of the Lounge. This will be the floor where your guests arrive. It will have public areas, and private areas, but most likely no sleeping – this will be designated on the other floors.

Develop a bubble diagram within the floor plate including all the required spaces and begin to put in furniture and test the spacing. You can create clusters of furniture to create spaces – not all spaces require walls and doors. I think we should assume that the public can come to the lounge/cafe/bar – so think about creating privacy for the office/staff. The kitchen is for the guests to make meals and hangout – so not open to the public.
