A word about today’s Pinup and work
I feel compelled to speak to the quality of work to date. I have been very pleased with the work to this point – each of you has continued to progress. Today however was a disappointed as it was the plan to conclude the Steel Connections assignment and move ahead. You had additional days from the last class but seem to have shown less progress than on previous days.
The Steel connections required two sheets for today – one full sheet same as we have done before – which requires very little work other than plotting and posting. The majority if the work was a second sheet that only 7 of you included in your pinup. This included (Galina, Reymond, Zequan, George, May, Renard and Cheriyah) If I were to give final grades today only these students would receive a grade of B or higher. All other grades would be C or lower. The second sheet was not optional but was the majority of the required assignment. The effort shown by these 7 will be noted on my grading sheet.
The second required assignment was to select three case studies from the Miro board. This was completed by only 7 students. This again was not optional.
I try to be a compassionate and understanding professor. I make myself available and take the time to be certain I am teaching at a pace you can follow. I post both screen shots and videos after each class. During the week I respond to email questions promptly. It is important that you all continue to put in an effort as well.
Please be certain your work is complete and posted on time for next class and that in addition to tagging three case study project – YOU MUST COMPLETE RESEARCH ON THESE BEFORE NEXT CLASS.

- Complete two sheets – the first is the standard sheet that I laid out for you
- The second sheet is for detail studies – make sure these all include
- Notes and Annotation with Leaders & Dimensions
- Materials Designations
Case Study Building – we will assign these on Tuesday and Team up

- You must tag a minimum of 3 from the Case Study Miro board – this was due today and only the following students completed the task – Renarrd, Reymond, Galina, Rudolph, May – some of you did not tag 3 – and some of you did not tag any at all – please complete this before Tuesday.
- For the three you select – you must be prepared to show the research you have gathered so we can evaluate these –
