The spider glass curtain wall system function is by having four window corners connected by a joint called the spider. This joint has 4 legs that will be bolted to the 4 windows corners that are perpendicular to each other.
This system can provide thermal resistance because the glass itself is already thermally tempered glass sheets.
It can be waterproof due to the vacuum space between the two glass sheets is filled with isolators to overcome mechanical pressures and weather conditions.
This system can also be mounted by metal frames or against glass fins and tension rods to connect the spider joints and have the system erected. This is why the spider system is able to offer up a practical solution like no other system can.
