The main challenge I had to overcome when developing a document would be determining the best ways I can effectively and efficiently get my thoughts and opinions across to the reader. In order to do this, I had to organize and structure my document appropriately to my reading audience. I had to make my document concise and to the point without much repetition. I had to determine a goal and state it clearly within my document. I also had find ways to provide my readers with enough necessary information that they will need to form their own opinion on a subject matter or to agree/disagree with me. I had to make sure that my writing technique and communication was in clear terms using an active tone with simple language so that my readers would remain engaged. Lastly, I had to make sure that my document was written with good grammar and punctuation. Once my document was completed, I proofread the document to ensure the goals of the document are met and that it would be easily understandable by potential readers.
