This is a picture i did not take of an Israeli Mother running to her son’s covered body as we carried him back on our stretcher from a fire fight. Tears were on everyone’s faces and a father that couldnt even look up to see what happened.
The reason i decided to tell such a sad story (and why i waited for today) its been 1 year since the incident happened. Today i lost a best friend and i lost someone who was a brother to me. Rip Oren Spearow, a loving friend and one crazy soldier.
i like this because i can visualize everything that is going on, and the fact you can connect it to your real life, it just makes it more interesting. by the way sorry for your lost.
