The schedule for this course consists of three parts with the goals of providing students with an overall introduction of electronic health records and the impact of technology on managerial information systems in health care (Part A), security of electronic records and personal health records (Part B), and discussion of electronic health record functions supporting administrative as well as financial operations (Part C).
