I havenât been required to sign a confidentiality or non-disclosure agreement with the organization yet. The only document I have signed is the internship agreement form. So far, Iâve signed the Anti-Bullying Policy, Inclusion Policy, Anti-Discrimination & Equal Opportunity Policy, and the Volunteer Handbook. I will ensure that I follow all guidelines set by my supervisors in a positive and respectful manner. I am committed to upholding the organizationâs policies and ensuring my designs reflect their mission of justice and equality for all groups.
Signing a document is important for both employers and employees because it provides protection and clear rules. For employers, it makes sure both sides agree on the work terms and helps avoid problems later. For employees, it protects their rights, promises fair pay, and explains their duties clearly.
