These are the Reflections from conferences / trips that were held place throughout the Spring 2013 semester, related to the course.
Conference # 1
The first reflection is about the NOAA / CREST conference that I attended in City College of New York (CUNY), which featured some prominent speakers in the STEM community and some students who are pursuing NOAA / CREST and STEM related careers as well.
Conference # 2
The second reflection is about the STEM research conference that I attended in The New York City College of Technology (CUNY), which featured scientists who are leading within the field in very specific studies, such as 3D printing, and pushing for changes within the third world countries with new engineering concepts.
