Individual Strengths

My three years of healthcare working experience in a fast-pace community-screening center built me a foundation on how to prioritize tasks, manage my time and communicate complex information in a clear and concise way to coworkers. I am now applying these skills when working as a Registered Nurse. I am able to adapt to fast-changing and unpredictable healthcare environments where require me to remain alert for emergencies. Meanwhile, I am able to prioritize nursing tasks according to a client’s health condition. In addition, I always enjoy having conversations with clients and assessing their changing needs by communicating with them, which not only improves my therapeutic communicational skills but also enables me to foresee clients’ specific needs. I have also gained many different perspectives from interdisciplinary team members through care plan development for my clients’ nursing health needs. Thus, I continue to contribute when I am available to help promote the best possible quality care to all my clients as a healthcare team member.
