Hello Everyone,

My name is Yelena Funk and I am a registered professional nurse, currently working as a visiting nurse. I love my job a lot. I have the education and experience to do for others what they cannot do for themselves. The satisfaction of being able to positively influence someone’s well being is what makes doing my job worthwhile.  On my visits, I get to meet interesting people from all over the world and to learn from their conditions and experiences. Sometimes I learn clinical information critical to my work, sometimes just what movie I should see. I like the challenges of my job and the new knowledge it brings to me every day. In my free time I like to going out with my friends and family and to watch movies. I hope this Professional Nursing e-Portfolio will give you a chance to get to know me better.
