International Retailing

The course explored important aspects affecting international retailing, with a focus on the welfare of global consumers. Students received a broad view of retail operations and applied marketing principles in real-world retail management situations.

The link below is a group project students worked on throughout the entire course, which was then presented at the end of the course as a final. Groups picked a country that they wanted to sell their brand in. It was essential that the brand sold clothing or jewelry that was native to that country. Choosing Egpyt, Jamil Almalakkii was the name of my group’s jewelry brand.
