As my internship nears its end, I find myself reflecting on the journey and its significance. Initially, the language barrier made me extremely nervous and stressed, and I often struggled to adapt to group activities. However, this experience has been incredibly meaningful. My colleagues and leaders have been exceptionally kind and supportive, especially my supervisor, who has shown immense patience.
Working in a small team of five allowed me to take on various projects and gain a comprehensive understanding of UX. As an intern, I followed different leaders and colleagues, which enriched my learning experience. This hands-on exposure has been invaluable as I plan to apply for a master’s degree after graduation. The internship has played a crucial role in helping me determine my future direction.
I realize the importance of actively networking with people in different roles, even though I needed time to adapt initially. Throughout this process, I have learned and gained a lot, and I am grateful for every piece of advice and support I received. This experience has reinforced my commitment to continuously learn and grow in the field of UX.
