When engaging in UX research, conducting user surveys becomes a crucial part of the process. My SVP initially tasked me with assisting in an internal survey for our UX team. Designing the questionnaire provided valuable insights into the specific tasks and challenges our team faces. This experience not only deepened my understanding of our internal dynamics but also highlighted the importance of clear and effective survey design in gathering actionable data.
Building on this foundation, my responsibilities expanded as I was entrusted with designing a survey focused on app functionality. Moreover, navigating the constraints of using limited functionalities in free software tools presented a unique challenge. Overcoming this obstacle required creativity to ensure the survey’s questions were structured effectively while adhering to the available capabilities.
