I’m a UX intern. There are just five of us in our department, including me. I communicate directly with my supervisor, sometimes tasks come from my supervisor’s boss. My main responsibilities revolve around foundational work.
My supervisor briefed me on our current department projects. Following his suggestion, I’m heavily involved in a pharmaceutical project. Given the varied functionalities of different drugs, our UX department customizes designs for specific sectors. Our main clients are healthcare professionals (HCPs), and our objective is to help pharmaceutical representatives effectively convey the advantages of their medications to doctors.
Throughout this process, our UX team ensures that design functionalities are adequately delineated for the front-end department, allowing the design team to thoroughly explore all features and functions. Additionally, My SVP occasionally tasks me with designing surveys using limited free tools to gather insights for client needs.
