I am enthusiastically recommending Ms. Cai Wenyang as the ideal candidate for the position that she is applying for at your organization. I have known Ms. Wenyang for over 4 years to date and have come to known her very well as a person who is goal-oriented and takes on challenges with a positive attitude. Ms. Wenyang was employed at Jay Scholar Tutoring Services, INC. as an After School Tutor. Her responsibilities included assisting the students in Grades K-8 with their homework in addition to devising workshops and providing work materials to prepare them for the Common Core Exam.
Ms. Wenyang fulfilled employment responsibilities with little supervision. The position required interaction with the children’s parent, as well as the ability to liaise between the Administrative staff. Success was dependent on strong communication and interpersonal skills for which Ms. Wenyang flourished.
In capacity of her supervisor, I found Ms. Wenyang a very hardworking and dedicated employee who is always eager to gain whatever practical experience she possibly can. She is confident in herself and the skills that she possess without being oblivious to constructive criticism as she acknowledges that is sharpens her skills as a professional while simultaneously strengthening her as an individual. Ms. Wenyang has a warmth personality which makes is easy for her to quickly build and maintain a good rapport with others.
Throughout the years, I have enjoyed getting to know Ms. Wenyang and have no doubt that she has the skills, focus and determination to successfully complete and achieve her goals. She is ambitious, open-minded and eager to learn.
