Walk4Water

In some parts of Africa women and children have to walk 4 miles everyday to get drinking  water. On April 18th, 2010 Citytech students and faculty walked 3.72 miles from Brooklyn bridge to the Gowanus canal to join Live Earth to raise awareness of the water shortage around the globe.  Each participant carried a gallon of water  as they walked all the way to the canal.

Join us once again on March22,2012 to continue the mission of raising awareness of the water crises around the globe.

As preparations begin, students get creative.
