Through experience, teachers are able to produce highly successful students. To become an effective teacher, it is also important to ensure that there is effective communication between the teacher, student and parents. An effective communication channel between the teachers, students and parents ensures that all the learning needs of the students are addressed (Bates, 2016). Through the identification of the strengths and weaknesses of the learners, teachers are able to plan strategies that would enhance both the teaching and the learning process.
