South Africa is the leader of the region in creating digital jobs. They are influenced by a large demand of consumers who crave digital businesses and corporate environments that explore supportive regulations and compare markets from Latin America and Asian/Southeast Asian districts. South Africa has dived into the world of technology such as biometric data, card payments to retrieve social security, and drones that can mine.
With a lot of strength on its side, South Africa can have many power outages that tend to strain the efficiency of technology. (Chakravorti, Chaturvedi, 2019 p.5) The ZACube-2 was the most advanced nano satellite in the continent, South African launched this aircraft into space in 2018. Another important accomplishment of South Africa was the S.K.A. project. It is called the Square Kilometer Array which contributed to the rise in science, technology and innovation in Africa.
