About Me

Tynai Musaev, RN, AAS, CCRN, CSC

My name is Tynai Musaev and I am a current BSN student expected to graduate in December 2016. From my experience as a student at New York City College of Technology, I have had the great opportunity to excel my leadership and collaboration skills. Besides being a student, I have been working as RN since 2011. I’m a compassionate Critical Care Registered Nurse with experience in surgical and various critical care units in several large hospital environments. Additionally, I had an opportunity to assist the research team of interdisciplinary professionals in conducting research in IV Ibuprofen study. I am service-oriented with organized and proactive nature; a team leader that proficient in handling emergency situations and managing clinical staff. Through my time as a nurse I’ve obtained numerous skills in operating Swan-Ganz, FloTrac, CVVH, RVAD, LVAD, ECHMO, IABP, various rapid infusers, arterial lines, and central lines. I currently hold specialty certifications in critical care (CCRN) and post cardio-thoracic surgery care (CSC). I have also worked through various areas in nursing areas such as Operating Room (OR), Ambulatory Surgery Care (ASC), and post anesthesia care unit (PACU).
