Any product brought with our company will be able to exchange or get a full refund within a 60 day time frame from date of purchase. In order to receive a full refund, the item has to be returned in sellable condition. Defects will have an exception. However, after the 60 day time frame given, customers will be able to receive a merchandise store card that they can use in store. Every situation is different so there will be times where returns will be on a case bu case scenario. Thank you !
