Today Team 3 (Us) did a beautiful presentation on the ADA of the class. ADA is short for The American Disability Act. We spoke about the ADA’s history and why ADA is important in modern day. We also touched on the how Elevator’s, Stairways and Ramps are very important to follow ADA rules when designing any future buildings and structures.
Beyond the presentation, professor King spoke on our projects and the improvements we needed to show to have a right set of drawings layed out on our drawing documents. He spoke on how to do an ADA detail on our sheets. We spoke on the difference on what is Paper SpaceĀ andĀ Master Space. Also a reminder why we don’t design on the 0 layer in Autocad.
