Specialized wound care including wound vac, chest tubes, and surgical drains.
• Supervising LPN and PCA staff during clinical duties. Provide patient/family education including admission and discharge teaching and collaboration with interdisciplinary team.
• Specialty training in end-of-life and comfort care to terminally ill patients and their families.
• Responsibilities include charge nurse, team leader, narcotic nurse, float nurse. Participates in unit level quality and performance improvement initiatives.

• Provide patient with comfort/hospice care and family counseling.
