Blackboard is an online course management tool. In fact, It is an enhancement tool for teaching and learning. It helps instructors to add resources for students to access online anytime anywhere. It helps students to download syllabus, handouts; helps sending home works to instructor. Instructor can create test that can be taken online by student.
