SLD’s Hispanic-Latine Heritage Month Celebration – Tomorrow @12:30PM!
In celebration of Hispanic-Latine Heritage Month, the Office of Student Life & Development (SLD), in collaboration with The Soapbox Presents, invites you to a salsa event that will include archival footage and a live band, Los Hermanos De Leon featuring Ray Bayona.
Join us tomorrow, Thursday, October 13th from 12:30pm to 2:30pm on the Ground Floor of the Library Building for an afternoon of fun and dancing. Food and drinks will be provided by the Hispanic Serving Institute.

By providing relevant skills-based training and employer partnerships, CUNY’s Upskilling initiative is designed to bridge the skills gap, allowing participants to gain skills, badges and certifications in a variety of high growth industries. Upon completion of courses and trainings provided by partners such as Cisco, Google, Revature and more, Upskillers can qualify for competitive high paying positions.

CUNY Career Launch 2022 – Summer Internships Available!
CUNY Career Launch 2022 – Please Submit Form By April 29th!
This summer, 2,000 CUNY students will launch their careers by interning in a job related to their major – while earning $20 per hour!
CUNY Career Launch is recruiting undergrads who haven’t had substantial paid internship experience but who are ambitious, bright, and ready to apply the skills they’ve learned in the classroom to work.
You will work for 7 weeks between early July until mid-August for 19 hours/week. You can take a summer class, keep your part-time job, or take care of family while you intern with CUNY Career Launch!
