The Construction Project Managers primary purpose is to plan, direct, coordinate and budget activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of the entire construction process. The Construction Project Managers will participate in the conceptual development of a project and oversee its organization, scheduling, and
implementation so that a project can be completed on time and within a budget. No less than 10 years working experience in the Industry. Experience with new building construction in NYC is a must. Resume to include wide range of mixed use buildings, affordable housing buildings to high end condos/town homes.
