Adobe Illustrator Project

Description:In this project we needed to create a poster for any of our favorite bands/musicians. Since I have taken a liking to vocaloid, I decided to use it for the project. At first I wanted to make a more colorful image, but decided against it. Having different shades of yellow and orange really complemented the characters since the only colors on them are yellow, white and black.

Description:On this project we needed to create an image that combines several different images. For this project I wanted to use the background of a destroyed city. Since I couldn’t really find any that I liked, I took some art from the official uncharted 2 game. I then removed Nathan Drake and placed 2 other characters on the front. I also changed the contrast and colors a bit to make everything seem seamless. I then added some rain and a logo since adding a logo was a requirement.

 

Adobe After Effects Project  

 

Description:For this project we needed to create a title sequence. I chose one of my favorite films of all time, The Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya, to make the sequence. Before editing in after effects, I cut several scenes together in premiere since it was a lot faster that way. I then imported the scenes into after effects and created several text layers with the names of the film’s director, voice actors, animation studio and more. Since most films have a title sequence at the very beginning, I decided to cut scenes in a way that made it seem like it was the beginning of the movie. I also added music to it that fit the mood of the movie and transitioned back and forth between the video layer and text layer

Adobe Premiere Pro Project/Audacity

Description:For this project we had to edit something in premiere. There was no specific video we had to make, so I decided to sync anime with music. We were also required to use audacity in this project so I cut the music up in audacity.
