Welcome to my Portfolio Site,
My Name is Shawn Nixon. I live in New York City and I study Communication Design at New York City College of Technology, located in Brooklyn, New York. I would like to concentrate on Advertising Design. I always had an interest in the designs behind some of the most famous logos used over the years. Ever since I was in elementary school, I’ve always wanted to create my own set of logos for companies to use someday. I’ve been working to learn and further improve my design skills over the course of my studies.
My goal is to one day become a creative director of my own design studio. I would like to have this studio to not just focus on making logos, but to also focus on other areas of design. I would also like teach others on how to use certain concepts in design in order to pass on the knowledge that I will learn over the years.
