As my culmination project, I will be undertaking the role of Artist Credentials Evening Manager at Coachella 2022. This will be my first time in a management position. My roles include:
- Working alongside the artist relations director and artist relations manager to ensure all approved advance information gets brought into our ticketing software
- Manage inventory and handle distribution of artist credentials
- Train and manage the artist credential team and ensure the safety of our team
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise
