The quote that I chose is derived from the book of Proverbs from the Holy Bible . “ A soft answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stir up anger.” The meaning of this quote is pretty simple. The tongue is the most powerful weapon human beings can possess. We can edify our peers and we can also curse others with it too. That’s why it’s important to watch what we say to people, so won’t place a stumbling block upon others. Our words could potentially hurt someone’s feelings and could make them do something that they’ll ultimately regret, Making us responsible for the debacle.
