What sets me apart from other people is my strong work ethic. I have built trusting relationships with my clients, coworkers, and supervisors and have given them honest feedback and advice. I always show up early to complete and produce great work to the best of my ability. I care about the quality and organization of my work and do not just churn out what is needed. I am not a procrastinator and I like to take tasks head on. I have commitment, dedication, focus, and determination to complete goals and finish assignments. I see all challenges and obstacles as a motivational learning experience to be a better person than I was yesterday. I respect my peers and enjoy collaborating together to meet objectives and produce quality outcomes. I take pride in managing my time by planning ahead, delegating tasks to the appropriate people, and trusting my nurses’ intuition. I have tendency to take leadership roles, however, even though I am willing to be a chief, I can also be an Indian. All of these strengths I possess will continue to help me in my educational journey and future as a working nurse.
