Sheri Shamsid-Deen is currently a senior at New York City College of Technology.  She is an alumnus of Borough of Manhattan Community College 2002, where she obtained an A.A.S.  Since 2002 she has enjoyed her time working as a registered nurse.  Sheri has taken advantage of the vast opportunities afforded by nursing.  She spent the first four years of her career in a hospital setting, the remaining years has been spent in home care as a community health nurse and as a DOH approved Home Health Aide trainer.  She looks forward to being an active leader and facilitator of change in the nursing community.
