Personal Goals

Personal goals for Shana include being more patient with those who do not share the same pace as she may. Shana would also like to develop her leadership skills and learn to work with a large number of students or co-workers for which patience and understanding are required. Alongside her leadership goals, she would like to peruse her physical health goals a bit more consistently, attaining the most active and productive version herself possible. In a group setting, both personal and mostly professional, Shana is actively building skills in emotional analysis within these groups alongside being able to discern the appropriate move in social situations.

Finally, Shana constantly embraces new environments in order to familiarize herself with the differing opinions & lifestyles of others. Her goals in this sense are to be more understanding & knowledgeable of others in order to attain mutual benefit. Shana aims to see the glass always half full, while acknowledging that the other half may also be empty. She believes in equilibrium, and finding the beauty within the dualist nature of the world. Most of all, Shana aims to use her best skills and talents to help others, and leave behind a legacy that improves the lives of those afterward. Shana can attain this one step at a time, as she believes in improving daily.

Personal goals:

  1. Save & invest ½ of my income every month.
  2. Have 50% less negative social interactions.
  3. Maintain a gym schedule of 3-4x weekly.
  4. Attending 2-3 networking events monthly.
  5. Meet 3 new people every month.
