My name is Sha Bhuiyan. My major is Computer System technology at New York City College of technology. I am in U.S. since 2007. Leaving behind everyone and living a brand new life was not only adventures but also challenging. I like adventure and challenge.
I grew up in a small village of Bengal. Living in a Village, performing and enjoying different types of activities are a lifelong experiencing. Farming was main part of our daily living and I exposed to it in my early age. MY previous generation of my father, grandfather and great grandfather was farmer. I love farming and living around domestic animals like chicken, ducks, cow, calf, goats, horse. Enjoyed different type of seasonal food, fruits and sports, which is hard to find different part of the world. I like cooking, fishing, plantings, motorcycling, playing basketball, cards and chess.
On the other hand, I never dreamed of before, coming to U.S. and start living in a different part of the world and going to college. In the beginning, before I started college I work as a delivery man at Domino’s pizza, fried chicken at poppy’s, sold products online and worked in a department store, organizing merchandise in the shelve and walls. Currently I am a par-time lifeguard at Equinox health club, Individual stock & option trader and working on a start-up. For next carrier step, I am looking for internship related to my major and passions. I was a business student and I changed my major to computer system technology. I like economics and business. I am wishing to blend economics and a type of technology and name it to “Techonomy”; which I strongly believe will improve / boost many parts of any economic system. I am keep searching about the issue and trying how to make it happen. I like to think, find ideas and innovate. I am very fixable, straight forward, honest and responsible.
During my studies at New York City College of Technology, I have had the opportunity to improve my skills in database systems, computer applications, web applications, interpersonal and technical skills. These set of courses and skills HTML, CSS, SQL, MY SQL, JAVA, PHP, XML, Java Script, Visual Basic, C++, Photoshop, photography, web blog, Microsoft office, accounting and economics can be applied to design, create and solve business cases. These skills can help me to operate in a Windows and UNIX environment and understand system optimization create new system and improve the existed system or maintain. In addition, I have some outsource knowledge, better understanding of market and trading. I am open to work beyond my task after competition of my job responsibility if needed and accessible. I have strong ability to find new product and service ideas relative to the business.
