The topic of my multimodal project is “Navigating Women’s Bodily Autonomy, Antigone’s Echo in Today’s World”. The genre I have chosen is the informational poster, as I believe it provides a concise and visually appealing way to convey information and make complex topics accessible to all. Especially for students in the classroom. I hope that the information that I provide in the poster will be helpful for high school students to understand that the struggles that women face are not something new. Even though we live in a “first world” and technologically advanced country, women still have to fight for basic rights and control over their bodies, their health, their sexuality, and their reproduction.
