The dictionary would describe Learning as the process by which one acquires new or modify’s existing knowledge, skills, values and behaviors. Based on this definition learning is a foundation within the betterment of the human race and those who encourage and nurture learning play an important roll in the future of our world. Thus, its is imperative that educators today fully understand the multiple methods and different ways students with diverse backgrounds learn.  In my opinion educators who follow just one style of learning are possibly leaving out groups of students who might function outside of said learning styles. Of the many theories of learning from objectivism and cognitivism to behaviorism and constructivism, l believe no one theory has it right and the best course of action to facilitate a maximum learning experience would be to include ideas from all the theories of learning.
