Colgate Optic White Professional Whitening Take Home Kit (9% Hydrogen Peroxide)

Consent was read and signed by the patient. I demonstrated the first session to the patient in clinic. For the remaining sessions, patient followed the instructions and completed 10 minute sessions each day for 9 days. Patient was a shade B2 prior to the whitening, and advanced to shade B1 after the 10 sessions. Patient reported no sensitivity and was satisfied with the results.
