My name is Rami, I am 33 years old and originally from Israel. My country is a culinary greenhouse — the melting pot of so many cultures, bringing with them their cuisines, spices, and ingredients.

I started working in the industry about 10 years ago, and served in many positions (waiter, bartender. barista, bar manager, and shift manager).

In the industry, my focus is on bartending and mixology, especially creating new cocktails. I can get inspiration from almost everything: from a dish on a dessert menu to the aroma combination of a scented candle.

I have a huge deal of passion for the hospitality industry. My dream is to own a cocktail bar one day and write a book.
