She has developed a comprehensive understanding of retail management through her coursework in Merchandise Planning and Buying, where she learned how to manage store products, track inventory, and strategically price items to maximize profit. Trend forecasting and social media, developed her ability to spot emerging fashion trends and understand customer preferences.

Rhonda has also explored international fashion influences, researching the style and culture of Qatar, which broadened her understanding of fashion on an international scale. Beyond the classroom, she has gained valuable experience in the fashion industry through her role as a Brand Advisor, where she traveled for meetings and worked on high-profile events like ComplexCon 2022 and the Human Made pop-up in 2023. These experiences have professionally developed her skills in branding, merchandising, and project management.
