I have obtained many skills from my previous employment experiences. I had the chance to work with toddlers, children, and elderly. I feel that this has given me an advantage to know the responsibility that comes with caring for someone else. I’ve also worked in customer service in a fast pace environment. As dental hygienist we need to work at a rapid pace while making sure of important details when treating patients. Meeting people of different backgrounds has taught me patience and communications skills. These skills have come in handy going into the dental hygiene field.
