Throughout my career, I have learned to restructure operating budgets and change inefficient operations into lean systems that promote company growth while also encouraging employee development in all the different facets of the business from sales to customer service.
As part of my current role in operations at Pro Aire, I am in charge of managing four supervisors, hiring new employees, and helping our current staff building skill-sets ranging from conflict management, problem-solving, and stress-tolerance, communication, delegation, and adaptability. Moreover, I am responsible for creating an operating budget, merchandising direction and calendar adherence, develop and manage proposals, and bid on asset purchases.
Under my direction, the company has implemented processes and space management to bring down the operating costs by 15%. Also, with my guidance, I have had 4% of the workforce seek higher education because I accomplish success with the company by building confidence and sale with improving people skills.
