This patient is a young man with years tobacco used. He has had thought about quitting, somehow, he keeps smoking.
I spent some time to explain to the patient what is his smoking habit affects his oral health and showed him on the mirror, also his full mouth series of radiographs. Patient finally decided to quit smoke.
