Weekly material such as slides, homework, etc… should be grouped together for each week and/or organized in modules. The organization of the material should be consistent and established at the very start of the term (day 1). Material should be posted as early as possible to ensure all students have enough time to find and access it.
It is good practice to:
- Regularly use the “Student Preview” to make sure links and documents are available/working and eventually troubleshoot. Keep in mind students take several classes, each with their own organization and not easily finding documents and/or encountering broken links is both time consuming and frustrating.
- Perform browser checks and ask your students to do so at the start of the semester as well
