Hello Everyone,
My name is Olga Krasnobay-Oganezov. I have beed a registered nurse since March, 2017. Nursing is my life and this site would tell you all the information about how I choose live it. I have been an ICU/CCU nurse for two years, currently working in Bronx, NY serving a very underprivileged community with the best possible level of care. My main goal is to ensure compassionate, empathetic, culturally competent and highly skilled nursing care to all the patients and their families.
Aside from my direct nursing responsibilities, I am heavily involved with Bronx Care Health System multidisciplinary quality improvement team to ensure provision of the best possible care to the families of dying patents in critical care setting. The topic of bereavement is near and dear to my heart because deaths often happen at my work place – ability to treat the families with due care and respect is integral in my practice.
Nursing profession was not my first choice but turned out to be the best decision of my life as I am finally able to find my true calling as a critical care professional, devoted patent advocate and an educator for my fellow nurses and precepts.
